Mylacrotermes cordatus
Taxonomy
Mylacrotermes cordatus was named by Engel et al. (2007). Its type specimen is SEMC KU-Bu-045, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber (SEMC Kansas coll), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar. It is the type species of Mylacrotermes.
