Mesoblattina multivenosa was named by Martynov (1937). Its type specimen is KK 1/35, a tegmen, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Kyzyl-Kiya, which is in a Pliensbachian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in Kyrgyzstan.
