Platycoxa jurassica
Taxonomy
Platycoxa jurassica was named by Ponomarenko (1977). Its type specimen is PIN 2496/6, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Kenderlyk, Akkolka River (PIN collection 2496), which is in a Norian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Tologoi Formation of Kazakhstan.
