Probelus (Probelus) longitarsus
Taxonomy
Probelus longitarsus was named by Arnoldi (1977). Its type specimen is PIN 2066/2811, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Karatau-Mikhailovka (PIN collection 2066), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Karabastau Formation of Kazakhstan.
It was recombined as Probelus (Probelus) longitarsus by Legalov (2010), Gratshev and Legalov (2014), Legalov (2015).
