Taxonomy
Nannotanyderus krzeminskii was named by Ansorge (1994). Its type specimen is LGA 1145, a wing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Klein Lehmhagen pit, Grimmen (LGA collection), which is in a Toarcian offshore shale in Germany.
