Coptoclavisca nigricollinus
Taxonomy
Coptoclavisca nigricollinus was named by Ponomarenko (1987). Its type specimen is PIN 3965/296, an exoskeleton (complete beetle), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Khutel-Khara, PIN collection 3965, which is in a Valanginian/Barremian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Tsagaantsav Formation of Mongolia. It is the type species of Coptoclavisca.
