Whalleyala bolsoveri
Taxonomy
Erasipteron bolsoveri was named by Whalley (1979). Its type specimen is BMNH In. 64532, a forewing (Forewing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Bolsover Colliery, which is in a Westphalian A delta plain siliciclastic in the Deep Hard Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Whalleyala.
It was recombined as Whalleyala bolsoveri by Brauckmann and Zessin (1989).
