Arroyopteron indolatum
Taxonomy
Arroyopteron indolatum was named by Rasnitsyn (2004). Its type specimen is UNM 13145, a wing (wing fragment missing base & base), and it is an impression. Its type locality is NMMNH L-3433; Carrizo Arroyo (UNM collection), which is in an Asselian pond mudstone in the Bursum Formation of New Mexico. It is the type species of Arroyopteron.
