Taxonomy
Permodelopterum lumbiformis was named by Kukalová (1963). Its type specimen is Charles Univ 42/1962, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Obora, southern edge of ravine, which is in an Asselian lacustrine - small shale in the Letovice Formation of Czechia.
It was recombined as Perunopterum lumbiforme by Rasnitsyn (2004).
