Protoxenos janzeni
Taxonomy
Protoxenos janzeni was named by Pohl et al. (2005). Its type specimen is HLMD-Strep-11-HT, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic Amber (HLMD coll), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Protoxenos.
