Taxonomy
Polythecalis khmerianus was named by Fontaine (1961). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Phnom Sway, mid-point on south side, Sisophon region, which is in a Wordian carbonate limestone in the Sisophon Formation of Cambodia.
