Timarchopsis latus
Taxonomy
Necronectes latus was named by Ponomarenko (1977). Its type specimen is PIN 3073/151, an exoskeleton (thorax, abdomen, and elytra), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Sai-Sagul, Shurab III (PIN collection 3073), which is in a Toarcian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Sagul Formation of Kyrgyzstan.
It was recombined as Timarchopsis latus by Soriano et al. (2007), Wang et al. (2010).
