It was assigned to Eryminae by Aguirre-Urreta (1989); to Decapoda by Sepkoski (2002); and to Erymidae by Rathbun (1935), Schweitzer and Feldmann (2001), Schweitzer et al. (2010), Feldmann et al. (2015), Hyzny et al. (2015), Devillez et al. (2016), Schweitzer and Feldmann (2024).
