Mesocinetus aequalis

Taxonomy
Mesocinetus aequalis was named by Kirejtshuk and Ponomarenko (2010). Its type specimen is PIN 4270/48, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Shar-Teg, outcrop 434/2 (PIN collection 4270), which is in a Tithonian lacustrine - large claystone in the Sharteg Formation of Mongolia.
