Orthophlebia elongata
Taxonomy
Orthophlebia elongata was named by Handlirsch (1939). Its type specimen is GPI EMAU 123/55, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Dobbertin, Mecklenburg (Greifswald collection), which is in a Toarcian offshore claystone in Germany.
It was synonymized subjectively with Mesopanorpa brodiei by Martynova (1948); it was recombined as Mesopanorpa elongata by Willmann (1978).
