Furvitendipes minimus
Taxonomy
Chironomus minimus was named by Hong (1974). Its type specimen is LF10039, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Xilutian coal mine, Fushun amber (pre-1974 collection), which is in a Ypresian terrestrial amber in China.
It was recombined as Tendipes minimus by Wang (1980); it was recombined as Furvitendipes minimus by Hong (2002).
