Taxonomy
Cretophasmomima was named by Kuzmina (1985). Its type is Cretophasmomima vitimica.

It was assigned to Phasmomimidae by Kuzmina (1985); to Susumanioidea by Wang et al. (2014); and to Susumaniinae by Gorochov (1988), Gorochov (1995), Gorochov (2000), Xu et al. (2020).
