Hiekeolycus berendti

Taxonomy
Hiekeolycus berendti was named by Winkler (1987). Its type specimen is MfN MB J.517, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic Amber, Berendt collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Poland.

It was recombined as Helcophorus berendti by Kazantsev (2013), Tihelka et al. (2019), Kazantsev (2020); it was recombined as Helcophorus (Helcophorus) berendti by Kazantsev and Perkovsky (2022).
