It was assigned to Tenebrionidae by Wickham (1914); to Alleculini by Kirejtshuk et al. (2008); and to Gonoderina by Bousquet et al. (2018), Nabozhenko et al. (2019), Nabozhenko (2019), Bouchard et al. (2021) and Nabozhenko and Bukejs (2021).
