Manuherikia lacustrina
Taxonomy
Manuherikia lacustrina was named by Worthy et al. (2007). Its type specimen is MNZ S42307, a limb element (left humerus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Manuherikia River site, Saint Bathans, Home Hills Station, HH1a, which is in an Altonian lacustrine - large sandstone/claystone in the Bannockburn Formation of New Zealand.
