Camptodiapha atkinsoni
Taxonomy
Camptodiapha atkinsoni was named by Beckemeyer and Engel (2011). Its type specimen is WSC #MSC9334, a hindwing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Union Chapel Mine, which is in a Westphalian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal shale/sandstone in the Pottsville Formation of Alabama. It is the type species of Camptodiapha.
