Taxonomy
Pseudaphelaspis langyashanensis was named by Lu and Zhu (1980). It is not extant. Its type locality is Chuxian-Quanjiao, middle Langyashan Formation, which is in a Paibian carbonate limestone in the Langyashan Formation of China. It is the type species of Pseudaphelaspis.
