Scaphothrips antennatus
Taxonomy
Scaphothrips antennatus was named by zur Strassen (1973). Its type specimen is SMNS C 31/17, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Lebanese amber, Jezzine (SMNS collection), which is in a Barremian terrestrial amber in Lebanon. It is the type species of Scaphothrips.
