Caussanelia papaziani
Taxonomy
Caussanelia papaziani was named by Nel et al. (1997). Its type specimen is MNHN-LP-R. 55179, a wing (Forewing, hindwing, and thoracic segment), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Aix-en-Provence (Coll. Nel), which is in a Chattian lacustrine - large limestone in the Niveau du gypse d'Aix Formation of France. It is the type species of Caussanelia.
