Taxonomy
Sysciophlebia grata was named by Schneider (1982). Its type specimen is UUG Prague JS 211/2, a tegmen, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Sazená, Kladno district, which is in a Stephanian B lacustrine shale in the Slaný Formation of Czechia.
