Paromylacris thevenini
Taxonomy
Paromylacris thevenini was named by Meunier (1912). Its type specimen is MNHN-F-R51448, a tegmen, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Commentry (MNHN later coll), which is in a Gzhelian lacustrine deltaic shale in the Commentry Shales Formation of France.
It was considered a nomen dubium by Handlirsch (1920); it was recombined as Opsiomylacris thevenini by Schneider (1983), Schneider (1983), Hmich et al. (2003), Hmich et al. (2006) and Schneider et al. (2021).
