Neoretzia superba
Taxonomy
Waldheimia superba was named by Suess (1856). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Hirtenberg (Suess collection), which is in a Rhaetian carbonate limestone in the Koessen Formation of Austria.
It was recombined as Retzia superba by Zugmayer (1882); it was recombined as Neoretzia superba by Pearson (1977), Siblik and Bryda (2005).
