Foxemys trabanti
Taxonomy
Foxemys trabanti was named by Rabi et al. (2012). Its type specimen is MTM V2010.86.1, a partial skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Iharkút mine, Bakony mountains (Unit 1), which is in a Santonian crevasse splay claystone/sandstone in the Csehbánya Formation of Hungary.
