Taxonomy
Baisodicrana secunda was named by Blagoderov (1995). Its type specimen is PIN 4210/2880, a wing (wing without anal region), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Baissa (PIN collection 4210, layer 15), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large siltstone/marl in the Zaza Formation of the Russian Federation.
