Lahimia selloumi
Taxonomy
Lahimia selloumi was named by Solé et al. (2009). Its type specimen is OCP DEK/GE 443 (PM 75), a mandible (Right dentary with M1–3 and alveoli of P2–4 and part of C1), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sidi Chennane [Couche IIa] (general), which is in a Selandian marine phosphorite in the Couche II Formation of Morocco. It is the type species of Lahimia.
