Sloveniaxon asseliensis
Taxonomy
Sloveniaxon asseliensis was named by Kossovaya et al. (2012). Its type specimen is MfN MB.K7924 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Dolzanova Soteska, locality 131, which is in an Asselian carbonate limestone in the Dolzanova Soteska Formation of Slovenia. It is the type species of Sloveniaxon.
