Eomylus borealis

Taxonomy
Mimotona borealis was named by Chow and Qi (1978). Its type specimen is IVPP V5531, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bayan Ulan site (lower 3 m), which is in a Paleocene terrestrial siltstone in the Nomogen Formation of China.

It was recombined as Eomylus borealis by Dashzeveg and Russell (1988) and Dashzeveg and Russell (1988).
