Zeusdelphys complicatus
Taxonomy
Zeusdelphys complicatus was named by Marshall (1987). Its type specimen is MCT 2830-M (ex- DGM 896a-M), a tooth (Left m1?), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is São José de Itaborai, which is in an Eocene fissure fill marl in the Itaboraí Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Zeusdelphys.
