Aporoblattina eatoni was named by Scudder (1886). It is a compression fossil. Its type locality is English Purbeck (unknown locality), which is in a Berriasian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal horizon in the United Kingdom.
It was recombined as Mesoblattina eatoni by Handlirsch (1906).
