Taxonomy
Cerambycites minor was named by Deichmüller (1886). It is an impression. Its type locality is Eichstätt, Solnhofen (SNSD Dresden collection), which is in a Tithonian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal lime mudstone in the Solnhofen Formation of Germany.
It was recombined as Ditomorptera minor by Carpenter (1932); it was recombined as Ditomoptera minor by Handlirsch (1906), Soriano et al. (2007).
