Ngamaroo archeri
Taxonomy
Ngamaroo archeri was named by Kear and Pledge (2007). Its type specimen is SAM P23626, a mandible (right dentary with fragment of dP3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mammalon Hill, which is in an Oligocene terrestrial claystone in the Etadunna Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Ngamaroo.
