It was recombined as Myalina eduliformis by Frech (1912), Ogilvie Gordon (1927) and Gordon (1927); it was recombined as Septifer eduliformis by Diener (1923); it was recombined as Promyalina eduliformis by Neri and Posenato (1985); it was recombined as Promysidiella eduliformis by Waller and Stanley (2005).
