Miamia maimai
Taxonomy
Miamia maimai was named by Béthoux et al. (2012). Its type specimen is CNU-NX1-280, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Xiaheyan, Zhongwei County (CNU coll), which is in a Westphalian B/Westphalian C interdistributary bay siliciclastic in the Yanghugou Formation of China.
