Petropterix kukalovae
Taxonomy
Petropterix kukalovae was named by Vršanský (2003). Its type specimen is NIGPAS 89JH1002-2, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Hangxia valley, 20 km WWS from Yumen city, which is in an Albian/Albian lacustrine - large shale in the Zhonggou Formation of China.
