Cervicatinius complanus
Taxonomy
Cervicatinius complanus was named by Tan and Ren (2007). Its type specimen is CNU-C-NN2006017, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Daohugou (CNU 2006 collection), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large shale in the Daohugou Formation of China. It is the type species of Cervicatinius.
