Plethorodon chienshanensis
Taxonomy
Plethorodon chienshanensis was named by Huang and Zheng (1987). Its type specimen is IVPP V8304, a partial skull (Incomplete skull), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Huangpu, which is in a Paleocene terrestrial horizon in the Wanghudun Formation of China. It is the type species of Plethorodon.
