Spiculum mendicum
Taxonomy
Spiculum mendicum was named by Brauckmann and Herd (2005). It is an impression. Its type locality is Piesberg quarry, "Flöz Dreibänk" (Sowiak coll), which is in a Westphalian D lacustrine deltaic claystone in the Flöz Dreibänke Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Spiculum.
