Mastotermes electromexicus
Taxonomy
Mastotermes electromexicus was named by Krishna and Emerson (1983). Its type specimen is UCMP B-5341-17, a cephalon/head (fragment of head with left mandible), and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is UCMP B-5341, San Pedro, which is in a Miocene terrestrial amber in Mexico.
