Taxonomy

Diallactini was named by Rubsaamen and Hedicke (1926). It is extant.

It was corrected as Diallactiini by Gagné and Jaschhof (2014), Jaschhof (2016), Fedotova and Perkovsky (2017), Jaschhof (2021).

It was assigned to Porricondylinae by Arillo and Nel (2000), Fedotova and Perkovsky (2017); and to Winnertziinae by Gagné and Jaschhof (2014), Jaschhof (2016), Jaschhof (2021).

Subtaxa

Synonyms

Palaeocolpodia was named by Meunier (1904).

It was synonymized subjectively with Haplusia by Gagné (1978), Gagné and Jaschhof (2014); it was considered a nomen dubium by Jaschhof (2016).

It was assigned to Cecidomyiinae by Meunier (1904); and to Cecidomyiidae by Carpenter (1992).
Palaeocolpodia eocenica was named by Meunier (1904). It is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic amber, Konigsberg collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in the Russian Federation.

It was recombined as Haplusia eocenica by Gagné (1978), Gagné and Jaschhof (2014); it was considered a nomen dubium by Jaschhof (2016).
