Taxonomy

Nothorrhina granulicollis was named by Zang (1905). It is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic Amber, Berendt collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Poland.

It was recombined as Nothorhina granulicollis by Vitali (2006), Alekseev (2013).

Synonyms

Palaeoasemum duffyi was named by Abdullah (1967). Its type specimen is GPIH 1461, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic Amber, GPIH collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in the Russian Federation.

It was synonymized subjectively with Nothorhina granulicollis by Vitali (2006), Vitali (2009).
Palaeoasemum crowsoni was named by Abdullah (1967). Its type specimen is BMNH In. 18796, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic amber (BMNH coll), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in the Russian Federation.

It was synonymized subjectively with Nothorhina granulicollis by Vitali (2006), Vitali (2009).
