Taxonomy
Rochdalia parkeri was named by Woodward (1913). Its type specimen is MM L11464, a nymph, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Sparth Bottoms, Rochdale (MM coll), which is in a Westphalian A delta plain shale in the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Rochdalia.
