Idoptilus onisciformis

Idoptilus onisciformis was named by Wootton (1972). Its type specimen is BMNH In.44654, a nymph, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Round Green open cast mine, Barnsley, which is in a Westphalian B interdistributary bay mudstone in the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Idoptilus.
