Taxonomy
Coronaria striatopunctata was named by Kittl (1894). Its type specimen is NHMW 1899/VII/31 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Pescol, near St. Cassian (Klipstein coll), which is in a Julian carbonate limestone in the Cassian Formation of Italy.
