Ancyrona eocenica
Taxonomy
Ancyrona eocenica was named by Schmied et al. (2009). Its type specimen is NHMM PE_2000/475, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Eckfeld Maar (NHMN 2000 collection), which is in a MP 13 crater lake siltstone/shale in the Eifel Formation of Germany.
