Sibiriothauma jakutensis
Taxonomy
Sibiriothauma jakutensis was named by Sukatsheva and Novokshonov (1998). Its type specimen is PIN 923/776, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Kempendyay River (PIN collection 923), which is in a Berriasian/Barremian pond siltstone/sandstone in the Khaya Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Sibiriothauma.
